Job description

*Â Â Â Â Â Â Design, develop, and optimize Salesforce reports and dashboards tailored to user needs.

*Â Â Â Â Â Â Provide analytical insight to company KPIs and measures, transforming raw data into actionable insights.

*Â Â Â Â Â Â Monitor and manage Salesforce support cases, with a keen eye on reporting issues.

*Â Â Â Â Â Â Efficiently handle defects and change requests related to reporting functionalities.

*Â Â Â Â Â Â Regular interactions with the Business Support Manager to discuss reporting needs, progress, and enhancements.

*Â Â Â Â Â Â Support Salesforce system maintenance, particularly around reporting tools.

Requirements

*Â Â Â Â Â Â Engage directly with clients to understand their reporting needs and deliver accordingly.

*Â Â Â Â Â Â Develop using Salesforce tools, such as Flows, APEX, and data modeling, focusing on reporting functionalities.

*Â Â Â Â Â Â Update Power BI Dashboards with Salesforce data, ensuring the reports are up-to-date and actionable.

Knowledge & Skills Requirements:

*Â Â Â Â Â Â Ability to transform complex data into understandable and actionable reports.

*Â Â Â Â Â Â Strong communication skills to explain report findings and gather requirements.

*Â Â Â Â Â Â Detail-oriented with a focus on report accuracy.

*Â Â Â Â Â Â Strong experience in designing and developing reports in Salesforce and other platforms.

*Â Â Â Â Â Â Strong understanding of SQL, SOQL, and data analysis tools.

*Â Â Â Â Â Â Experience in Salesforce technologies, particularly related to reporting tools.

*Â Â Â Â Â Â Advantageous: 2+ years in a role with strong reporting responsibilities, proficiency in data visualization tools.
