  • Technical competency in Linux System Administration (Ubuntu) and a proven ability to deploy and automate across cloud platforms like AWS and GCP
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS/GKE/K8s) and the use of configuration management tools such as Ansible and Terraform to maintain infrastructure as code.
  • Experience in scripting and system programming using Python, Bash, Go, or Java to automate away toil and improve system efficiency.
  • The ability to manage robust monitoring stacks using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, DataDog, Conviva, or New Relic.
  • Experience building and maintaining modern CI/CD pipelines using platforms such as Jenkins, Concourse, gitlab-ci, or github actions.
  • Knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL database environments with an understanding of distributed data infrastructure.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, a solid grasp of SRE-critical non-functional requirements (performance, reliability, security, accessibility), the resilience to operate effectively in fast-moving production environments, and a proactive mindset for owning tasks, support queries and managing/resolving Production Incidents end-to-end.
  • Be curious with a mindset for continuous learning.
