Job description

  • Design and build secure, scalable cloud platforms using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) such as Terraform, Bicep, and ARM
  • Implement reusable modules and modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD and cloud-native automation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across platform services, DevOps tooling, and deployment pipelines
  • Embed secure by design principles across identity, networking, and other relevant aspects
  • Produce clear, high-quality technical documentation to support delivery

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on engineering capability with a passion for automation, cloud platforms, and DevOps excellence
  • Confident in engineering solutions on Microsoft Azure
  • Proficient with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM) and modern DevOps tooling
  • Experienced in configuring and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiar with Agile ALM tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira
  • Understanding of Secure by Design principles across cloud infrastructure, identity, and networking
  • Relevant Azure certification (AZ400 or AZ305) is desirable
  • Exposure to AWS or GCP environments is a plus
  • Client-facing consultancy experience, with contributions to internal platform frameworks, reusable services, or automation testing (e.g. Selenium) is beneficial
  • Development experience in .NET and/or Python is advantageous
  • Must have lived in the UK for at least 5 consecutive years
