Dynamics 365 CRM Engineer

• Deliver end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM solutions across the full software lifecycle
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing CRM architectures
• Own and manage Azure DevOps pipelines, ensuring robust CI/CD practices
• Automate build, test, and deployment processes across multiple environments
• Manage solution lifecycle including versioning, patching, and release governance
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to define technical solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams
• Ensure adherence to DevOps, ALM, and coding best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and deployment issues

• Dynamics 365 CRM (Senior-Level Expertise)
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, etc.)
• Advanced customization and configuration skills including Entities, forms, views, dashboards
• Proficiency in business rules, workflows, and business process flows
• Strong development experience in C# plugins and custom workflow activities
• JavaScript / TypeScript knowledge
• Familiarity with Dataverse Web API / SDK
• Deep understanding of solution management (managed/unmanaged)
• Expertise in Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages
• Strong Dataverse data modeling and governance experience
• Extensive hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, Boards, Pipelines, Artifacts)
• Experience in designing and maintaining YAML-based pipelines
• Knowledge of CI/CD implementation for Dynamics 365 solutions
• Experience with automated testing approaches and performance tuning
• Proven leadership and collaboration skills
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience mentoring developers and promoting DevOps culture
• Desirable: Microsoft certifications (PL-600, PL-400, AZ-400)
