Job description

  • Design, build, and operate data ingest and publishing pipelines
  • Workflow orchestration and task scheduling using managed services
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and users to shape technical solutions
  • Provide production support, monitoring, and continuous improvement of system resilience, stability, and performance
  • Conduct data analysis and investigation to identify root causes of defects and operational issues
  • Collaborate with DevOps, supporting automated deployments, infrastructure management, monitoring, and scaling
  • Coach and mentor junior engineers while promoting engineering best practices

Requirements

  • Strong experience with Python and SQL
  • Experience with distributed data processing and analytics platforms
  • Experience applying AI or machine learning in practical solutions
  • Focus on automation and system integration
  • Workflow orchestration experience (e.g. pipeline or job scheduling frameworks)
  • Comfortable working in early stage, fast evolving environments (Alpha project experience)
  • AWS Services
  • Active BPSS, SC clearance or eligible for clearance
  • Desirable: Experience supporting AI or data driven platforms
  • Desirable: Knowledge of cyber security or fraud prevention domains
  • Desirable: Experience working within government or critical national infrastructure environments
