Develop and maintain a long-term roadmap for our Business Systems stack, identifying
opportunities for consolidation, automation, and scale.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
Proficient in Salesforce administration as part of a broader Business Systems function,
including fields, workflows, security, automation and integrations management
Working knowledge of APIs and data integration techniques between various SaaS applications and
internal homegrown applications
Knowledgeable in database concepts, data relationships and data integrity controls
Strong process mapping capabilities to identify bottlenecks and lead cross application
improvements that enhance efficiency and data flow.
Evaluate, integrate, and manage new platforms as the company scales.
Communicate professionally with internal stakeholders, partners, and external vendors.
Knowledgeable in compliance frameworks such as Soc2 and HIPAA
Ability to think strategically and align big picture architecture of business systems, but also
able to roll up the sleeves and build (sometimes cross departmentally as a team and sometimes as an
IC)
Comfortable working across all lines of the business, from Sales to IT, Product Engineering, * Bachelor's degree systems or similar data intensive degree
Professional business systems experience
