TTG Solutions is seeking a skilled Systems Administrator to act as a Network Engineering Lab Manager. This role requires a versatile individual capable of overseeing the daily operations and infrastructure of an R&D and Customer Proof of Concept (PoC) lab, combining expertise in network engineering, project management, and logistics., The Systems Administrator will be responsible for the comprehensive management of lab environments, including physical racking, cabling, and baseline configuration. Key tasks include developing and maintaining 'as-built' documentation, integrating new hardware through network configurations, directing daily lab operations, and coordinating resources with internal engineering leads and vendors. The role involves implementing security protocols, managing inventory and logistics, planning facility layouts, and conducting general administrative activities.
Requirements
Expert Generally requires eleven (11) years of experience specific to the skill and relevant training or certifications, * Knowledge of network architecture, design, and implementation
- Familiarity with routing protocols such as EIGRP, BGP, ISIS
- Familiarity with switching protocols such as STP, LACP, VTP
- Ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship
- Experience in creating technical documentation
- Ability to brief designs to review boards
- Ability to learn and implement new technologies independently, * Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Experience with customer and personal service principles
- Proficiency in technical writing for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong time management and critical thinking skills
- Ability to solve complex infrastructure problems
- Equipment selection skills
- Good manual dexterity and near vision capabilities

Benefit Details Base Salary $161,000 - $195,000 PTO 30 days annual PTO, which includes holidays. Retirement 15% company retirement contribution. No match required. Vesting period is 50% per year over 2 years. Paid Benefits Company pays all insurance expenses up to 8% of base pay. If your insurance expenses are less that that, we bonus the difference to you. Annual Bonuses 3% to 5% annual bonuses. Cell Phone Stipend $100 monthly phone expense reimbursement. Training Budget 3 paid training days + $2,500 training budget New Hire Bonus $5,000 new hire bonus

Benefits Budget $39,000 20% company paid Individual Benefits Account (12% for 30-days PTO, 8% for Insurances). If your insurance or PTO expenses are less than this, we bonus the difference to you. Annual Bonus $9,750 Annual bonus, 3% to 5% on average. Training Budget $2,500 Annual training budget. Training Hours $2,200 3 paid days for training. Phone Stipend $1,200 $100 monthly cell phone stipend.
