Job description
Insight Global is looking for a ServiceNow Platform Developer. In this role, you'll manage user access, configure workflows, and monitor system performance. You will be collaborating closely with the current ServiceNow Developer and the new team, working fully remote. Adaptability, initiative, and problem-solving skills are key. Prioritize development tasks while handling administrative duties. Key Responsibilities include triaging, work flow automation, supporting the front-end employee center, taking, configuring table for asset management, setting up integrations or troubleshooting root cause analysis and implementing end user feedback
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Management, and Service Catalog.
- Experience with ServiceNow integration using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices.
Experience building workflows using tools such as PowerShell or similar coding languages.
- Servicenow modules including flow designer, catalog items and hardware assets * Experiene with Jira, Okta, Slack apps, Active Directory, Agentic AI/Glean
