Job description
- Manage user roles, access, and security within the EHR system
- Support end users with login, access, and application issues
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and security policies
- Monitor system activity and investigate security concerns
- Assist with user provisioning, audits, and system upgrades
Requirements
- Experience with Cerner / Oracle Health EHR
- Knowledge of access control, RBAC, SSO, MFA, and Active Directory
- Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare security standards
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Prior application support experience
