Lead Java (Full Stack) with AI Experience

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Java-based applications and services
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices
• Participate in requirement analysis and technical design discussions
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI, QA, and DevOps
• Perform unit testing and support system/integration testing
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability
• Ensure adherence to secure coding standards and application security best practices
• Contribute to AI-enabled features such as intelligent automation, data-driven insights, or ML integrations (preferred)

• Strong hands-on experience in Java / J2EE
• Experience with UI technologies (Angular/React/Vue any)
• Expertise in building RESTful Web Services
• Solid understanding of object-oriented design principles
• Experience with microservices architecture

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Strong SQL and database querying skills
• Exposure to QA practices and automated testing frameworks
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Docker, etc.)
• Experience integrating AI/ML models or APIs (e.g., OpenAI, NLP, recommendation systems)
