Auto Club Enterprises (ACE) is seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Technical Lead to serve as the technical engine behind our Salesforce ecosystem, driving large-scale CRM transformation across Emergency Roadside Services and Backoffice Operations.
What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture and technical design, defining data models, integrations, security, and performance strategies aligned with enterprise standards.
- Drive AI/Agentforce initiatives, embedding intelligent automation into service, contact center, and field operations workflows.
- Configure and enhance Service Cloud (case management, omni-channel, automation) and support contact center integrations (e.g., Genesys, Salesforce Voice).
- Lead Field Service Lightning (FSL) implementations including service territories, work orders, scheduling/dispatch, and mobile solutions for roadside operations.
- Architect and deliver enterprise integrations using APIs, Platform Events, and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft), including legacy system modernization.
- Collaborate with business and product teams in Agile (SAFe/Scrum) environments to translate requirements into technical solutions and drive DevOps practices (SFDX, CI/CD).
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship, enforce coding standards, conduct reviews, and drive continuous improvement and innovation
Requirements

Extensive years of experience in Salesforce and enterprise CRM implementations.

Deep expertise in:
- LWC, Aura, Apex programming
- Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL)
- Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing model

Strong experience in enterprise integrations (APIs, Platform Events, middleware like MuleSoft).

Proven experience delivering large-scale, multi-cloud Salesforce implementations.

Experience working in insurance, roadside assistance, or field service domains.

Hands-on experience with:
- SOQL/SOSL, batch jobs, and data quality management
- DevOps tools (SFDX, Git, CI/CD pipelines)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum).
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications such as:
- Application Architect / Data Architect
- Platform Developer I & II
- Service Cloud / Field Service Consultant
- Experience with Agentforce / Einstein AI / AI-driven automation frameworks.
- Experience integrating with contact center platforms (e.g., Genesys).
- Familiarity with Guidewire or other insurance core systems.
- Exposure to AWS or cloud-based AI/analytics platforms., * Strong problem-solving skills with expertise in debugging, performance tuning, and optimization.
- Ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with high ownership.
- Excellent communication skills-capable of translating technical concepts to business stakeholders.
- Hands-on, delivery-focused mindset with the ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.
- Passion for continuous learning, especially in AI, automation, and emerging Salesforce capabilities.
Benefits & conditions
$132,600.00 - $176,900.00
Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
