Job description

  • As a Salesforce Analyst you will partner with World Wide and Regional business Channel teams to support and drive solution needs within Salesforce CRM. Specifically on the Partner Gateway (Experience Cloud)
  • Leverage deep expertise in the Salesforce Platform to align technical solutions that support complex and evolving global business needs
  • Develop and maintain User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts to support regional functional testing within each release
  • Own and execute end-to-end and regression testing for all Salesforce enhancements during User Acceptance Testing; collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to triage reported issues, troubleshoot, and resolve issues
  • Support key business processes promoting application, platform governance, data quality, and compliance across tools and teams
  • Design and implement Salesforce Reports and Dashboard that support the business processes and deliver business insight
  • The ideal candidate thrives on asking why , challenging the status quo (instead of just taking down the requirement at face value), and partake in scalable, forward-thinking discussions on solutions that can improve the overall process
