10+ years of professional software development experience Expert-level experience with React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript Deep backend expertise with Golang, Node.js, or Java (expert in at least one) Proven ability to design and scale large distributed systems Significant experience leading teams as a Senior/Lead Engineer or Tech Lead Strong experience with API design, system architecture, and performance optimization Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
