Software Development Manager - C#/.NET, Kanban [Hybrid - Austin, TX] in Austin

They need you, an experienced Software Development Manager, to join the growing team located in Austin, Texas. Please note, this is a HYBRID role based in Austin, TX.

What you get to do:

-Manage a growing team of experienced software engineers working with C#/.NET

-Provide technical leadership to the development team and ensure adherence to SDLC best practices

-Create a diverse development team, taking ownership of recruiting, performance management, and career growth opportunities

-Lead multiple initiatives of various sizes simultaneously in this Kanban-style environment

2+ years of software team leadership/management experience

-4+ years of previous hands-on software development experience working with C#/.NET

-Proven ability to manage software development engineers in Kanban environment(s)

-Excellent understanding of SDLC best practices with the ability to bring projects to completion on time and within budget

-Previous insurance industry experience isn't required to be successful in this role, but is a major plus!
