Job description
This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables with usually required engagement from multiple teams, such as a project or other items. Key responsibilities include effectively communicating the release objectives, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing end to end visibility to the health of the deliverables. This role ensures execution and delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of the quality and timelines. They facilitate sync points across multiple organization to enable delivery., Understand release/deployment components. Understand risks and can ally controls necessary to mitigate. Facilitate team planning ceremonies against release milestones. Ability to answer team Agile/waterfall framework questions. Ability to understand big picture and connect all details.
Requirements
10+ years' experience as a release manager Extremely proficient on JiRA, Excel, Release processes, Testing support and coordination and end to end Release coordination, Extremely proficient on JiRA, Excel, Release processes, Testing support and coordination and end to end Release coordination, Release management, Release planning, Jira, Change management, Release coordination, Deployment, Agile, Scrum, Continuous integration, release manager
