ServiceNow AI Engineer

• Design and deploy Now Assist skills, domain-specific prompts, and RAG-based solutions.
• Build AI agents and agentic workflows with orchestration, guardrails, and multi-step automation.
• Architect MCP servers to securely expose ServiceNow data, workflows, and APIs to external AI models.
• Develop skills and connectors to enable AI-driven ServiceNow actions including record creation, case triage, and data retrieval.
• Integrate AI features into ServiceNow workspaces, portals, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and custom applications.

We are seeking a ServiceNow AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ServiceNow platform engineering, AI/ML, and Generative AI and a proven ability to design, build, and deploy AI agents and workflows that drive secure automation and measurable outcomes., * 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in AI, LLMs, or Generative AI.

• Hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform and its AI/ML capabilities.
• Proficiency designing Now Assist skills, prompts, and RAG pipelines.
• Demonstrated ability to build agentic workflows with orchestration and policy guardrails.
• Experience architecting MCP servers to securely integrate external AI models with ServiceNow data and APIs.
• Experience building skills and connectors to drive ServiceNow actions such as record creation and case triage.
• Ability to embed AI features within workspaces, portals, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and custom apps.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with vector databases, prompt management, and evaluation frameworks.
