Job description

Key responsibilities include analyzing, designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining web and multimedia training products. The developer will engage in product research, programming/authoring, interface design, testing, and quality control. Projects include web-based training, SharePoint, websites, multimedia applications, video productions, graphic design, and print products.

Requirements

TTG Solutions is seeking a highly experienced developer with a minimum of 10 years' experience to support the full lifecycle development of innovative and interactive multimedia training products. This role involves working on various projects including web-based training, multimedia applications, and video productions., Senior 3 years of unrelated experience = 1 year of related experience. Bachelors preferred. Master's degree = 1 year of additional related experience. 3 certifications and/or other applicable credentials = 1 year of additional related experience.

Requirements: 8-11 years experience, * Linux

  • Amazon cloud services including AWS, S3, and EC2
  • Apache Webserver and Apache Tomcat
  • Development languages: Java, PHP, HTML, CSS, MySQL, and Javascript
  • VS Code
  • Configuring, implementing, and maintaining Enterprise Application related tools
  • Bash Scripting
  • Developing and supporting automation and orchestration processes for IAM services
  • Expertise with AWS infrastructure security and access controls
  • Adapting technology to serve user needs and design
  • Conveying technical information to non-technical individuals
  • Understanding of software development best practices, including version control, testing, and debugging
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or Computer Engineering with 10 years of experience

Optional Skills

  • Migration experience from on-premises services to AWS
  • Experience maintaining JAVA and PHP applications on Windows
  • Experience with maven or Gradle
  • Experience with AWS Secrets Manager
  • Experience contributing to software development activities within the IC

Benefits & conditions

Benefit Details Base Salary $200,000 - $241,000 PTO 30 days annual PTO, which includes holidays. Retirement 15% company retirement contribution. No match required. Vesting period is 50% per year over 2 years. Paid Benefits Company pays all insurance expenses up to 8% of base pay. If your insurance expenses are less that that, we bonus the difference to you. Annual Bonuses 3% to 5% annual bonuses. Cell Phone Stipend $100 monthly phone expense reimbursement. Training Budget 3 paid training days + $2,500 training budget New Hire Bonus $5,000 new hire bonus

Benefit Value Details Base Salary $241,000 Base salary for position. Retirement $36,150 15% company retirement contribution. No match required. Vesting period is 50% per year over 2 years. Benefits Budget $48,200 20% company paid Individual Benefits Account (12% for 30-days PTO, 8% for Insurances). If your insurance or PTO expenses are less than this, we bonus the difference to you. Annual Bonus $12,050 Annual bonus, 3% to 5% on average. Training Budget $2,500 Annual training budget. Training Hours $2,800 3 paid days for training. Phone Stipend $1,200 $100 monthly cell phone stipend.
