Job description

Design, plan, and implement enterprise network & unified communication solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project requirements Provide Tier-3 support for complex network and UC issues Create and maintain detailed technical documentation Assist in evaluating new technologies and vendor solutions Support network operations and ensure smooth service transitions

Requirements

10+ years of enterprise network engineering experience (LAN/WAN) Strong hands-on experience with Cisco routers & switches (Nexus, 6500, 4500, etc.) Expertise in routing protocols - BGP, OSPF, EIGRP Experience with network security (Palo Alto, Cisco ISE, Zscaler, FTD) Knowledge of SD-WAN, VPN (S2S), and data center networking Strong understanding of TCP/IP and network protocols Experience with SolarWinds, Wireshark, and network analysis tools Familiarity with Cisco Meraki wireless technologies Certifications like CCNA / CCNP / CCIE / CWNA (Preferred)

Nice to Have: Experience with F5 LTM Exposure to Cisco ACI & SilverPeak SD-WAN, Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills Flexibility for off-hours support when required
