Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (Pytho/Node.js, React)

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and maintain modern, scalable web applications. You will work with a cross-functional team focused on delivering secure, performant, and user-friendly solutions leveraging the latest technologies. The ideal candidate combines strong frontend development experience in React with hands-on experience with Python., * Design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.

• Implement new features and enhancements in a well-tested, maintainable, and efficient way.
• Collaborate with Product managers and UX designers to create intuitive, responsive, and accessible interfaces.
• Review, analyze, and implement technical solutions to meet business requirements, driving resolution of issues and bugs.
• Contribute to architectural decisions, API design, and system integrations.
• Provide technical leadership to the engineering team - guide design discussions, perform code reviews, and support continuous improvement.
• Participate in task estimation, prioritization, and planning in alignment with engineering processes.

• 5+ years expertise in Python/Node.js and proven experience with modern frontend frameworks (React.js, Vue.js, or Next.js)
• Ability to design and deliver scalable, high-performance applications with clean, maintainable code
• Experience in contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems
• Deep understanding of API development, microservices, and system integration
• Experience building secure and user-focused web interfaces with attention to UX patterns and best practices
• Hands-on knowledge of cloud services (preferably AWS) and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL)
• Strong sense of ownership, leadership mindset, and ability to guide other engineers
• A collaborative, proactive approach to problem-solving and communication in distributed teams
