Requirements
8+ years of backend development experience Strong hands-on expertise in Golang Solid proficiency in Python Deep understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems Expertise in RESTful APIs and/or gRPC Strong knowledge of concurrency patterns in Go Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis) Proficiency with Docker and containerized environments Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design Experience with Git and modern development workflows
