Site Reliability Engineering Manager

Lead reliability initiatives for systems supporting large-scale logistics and warehouse operations. Build and guide a high-performing engineering team focused on uptime, automation, and resilience. Work at the intersection of technology, operations, and national supply chain infrastructure. Influence the design and stability of mission-critical platforms across the organization. Onsite leadership role collaborating closely with engineering and operational teams.

Experience leading site reliability engineering or infrastructure engineering teams Strong background in cloud platforms, distributed systems, and production operations Experience implementing monitoring, observability, and incident response practices Knowledge of automation, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code practices Experience improving system reliability, scalability, and performance in production environments Ability to collaborate with engineering, operations, and executive leadership teams Strong understanding of modern DevOps and platform engineering practices Must work onsite with engineering and operations teams
