Job description
- Independently administer, configure, and optimize OnePlan to support portfolio, project, and resource management
- Partner with PMO leadership to align the platform with governance, intake, and prioritization processes
- Design and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and Excel based analytics for leadership and finance
- Proactively identify data quality issues, adoption gaps, and process improvement opportunities
- Lead onboarding, training sessions, and user enablement efforts
- Serve as primary contact for vendor support, upgrades, and enhancements
- Create and own platform documentation, standards, and best practices
- Support cross tool integrations or downstream reporting (where applicable)
Requirements
- Experienced administrator owning platform configuration, process enablement, and stakeholder partnership, with growing influence on PMO effectiveness., * High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3-4+ years of OnePlan or enterprise PPM platform administration experience
- Strong working knowledge of project, portfolio, and resource management practices
- Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivots, data modeling)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive ready messaging
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
- Experience supporting PMO or enterprise IT governance models
