Application Administrator

• Independently administer, configure, and optimize OnePlan to support portfolio, project, and resource management
• Partner with PMO leadership to align the platform with governance, intake, and prioritization processes
• Design and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and Excel based analytics for leadership and finance
• Proactively identify data quality issues, adoption gaps, and process improvement opportunities
• Lead onboarding, training sessions, and user enablement efforts
• Serve as primary contact for vendor support, upgrades, and enhancements
• Create and own platform documentation, standards, and best practices
• Support cross tool integrations or downstream reporting (where applicable)

• Experienced administrator owning platform configuration, process enablement, and stakeholder partnership, with growing influence on PMO effectiveness., * High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 3-4+ years of OnePlan or enterprise PPM platform administration experience
• Strong working knowledge of project, portfolio, and resource management practices
• Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, pivots, data modeling)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive ready messaging
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
• Experience supporting PMO or enterprise IT governance models
