Requirements

  • 5-8 years in Salesforce QA / Automation

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture & data model

  • Service Cloud

  • Experience Cloud

Understanding of Salesforce security model (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets)

Automation & Testing Skills:

  • Strong expertise in automation frameworks

  • Experience with tools like:

  • Selenium / Cypress / Provar / Tricentis TOSCA

API Testing experience

Good understanding of:

  • STLC & defect lifecycle
  • QA best practices

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment
