Your Main Responsibilities
As IT Manager at Hotel Imperial, you will report directly to the General Manager and are responsible for the operational functionality of all IT systems to ensure efficient service for our guests, as well as data security and compliance.

Network administration, monitoring, and data backup

First-level support for our employees, second-level support for on-premises and hosted systems, and coordination of third-level support

PCI compliance and IT security

IT procurement and collaboration with external suppliers

License management, creation of documentation and reports

Setup, maintenance, and management of devices such as PCs, tablets, smartphones, printers, fax machines, etc.

Maintenance of in-room entertainment and guest Wi-Fi systems in over 135 guest rooms and meeting rooms

Maintenance of all databases as well as system and user applications

Team leadership (IT Coordinator)

Project coordination and training in all IT areas
Requirements
-
EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Austria is required

Completed vocational training in IT

At least 2 years of professional experience

Experience in IT within the hospitality industry is a plus

Excellent written and spoken German, as well as very good English skills

Polite manners and a professional demeanor

The salary for Employment Group 1, as set forth in the Collective Agreement for the Vienna Hotel Industry, will be paid at a higher rate depending on experience.
