Job description
As Data Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting operational and strategic decision-making across the business. Working closely with stakeholders, you will analyse data, identify trends, and help drive efficiencies through insightful reporting and system improvements., * Compiling and analysing data to support ongoing business challenges and initiatives
- Identifying inefficiencies within processes and recommending data-driven improvements
- Building and maintaining data pipelines, with a focus on automation and scalability
- Supporting system integrity and consistency across head office and operational sites
- Developing clear, impactful dashboards and visualisations using Power BI
- Assisting with POS and inventory system management, including menu updates
- Acting as a point of contact for data queries, providing technical support and training
- Supporting system installations and onboarding of new sites
- Managing system downtime and troubleshooting issues as they arise

Sharp Consultancy are partnering with a fast-growing business to recruit a driven and detail-oriented Data Analyst. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their data career who is passionate about transforming complex datasets into meaningful insights that influence real business decisions., We are looking for a proactive and naturally curious individual with a strong analytical mindset. You will be comfortable working with data, eager to learn, and confident communicating insights to a range of stakeholders., * 1-2 years' experience in a data analysis or similar role
- Demonstrable SQL and DAX skills, with the ability to write and optimise queries
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable experience includes:
- Exposure to Power BI or similar BI tools
- Experience working with APIs and integrating data sources
- Understanding of different data structures
- Background within hospitality, retail, or leisure sectors
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Lightspeed
