The Principal Custody Solutions (PCS) Workflow team is hiring a Workflow Software Engineer to join their team! This role builds and supports automation solutions, integrating with databases and APIs, and collaborates closely with delivery and partner teams with a focus on driving measurable improvements in quality and operational efficiency.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and lead process and workflow design sessions
- Design, build, and test BPM workflows and automation solutions end to end
- Collaborate with the workflow team and other technical teams to ensure high-quality integrations and reliable solutions
- Monitor and maintain BPM platforms, including performance tuning, upgrades, and defect resolution
- Diagnose and resolve workflow or system issues while providing ongoing technical support
- Create and maintain documentation for workflows, processes, configurations, and standards

Requirements
- Associate or bachelor's degree (preference in a computer science, technology, engineering or math-related field or equivalent experience) and 3+ years' work experience or equivalent experience
- Hands-on experience in IBM BPM / IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW) process orchestration, database interfaces and API integration
- Excellent planning, organizational, problem-solving, analytical, decision-making and communication skills
- Proficiency with database applications, knowledge of web programming languages, mainframe systems, and/or distributed systems
Skills That Will Help You Stand Out
- Experience with ServiceNow Financial Services Operations and Customer Service Management (ServiceNow FSO and CSM) including FSO core data models, secure extensions, and CSM case management
- Familiarity with Advanced Work Assignment design and tuning, customer engagement, document and content integrations, and Performance Analytics reporting

Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)
$84600 - $152400 / year

- Des Moines, IA: $89,300 - $120,650 / year
- Charlotte, NC: $94,000 - $127,000 / year
- Chicago/Minneapolis: $103,400 - $139,700 / year
- Los Angeles/New York City: $112,800- $152,400 / year
Time Off Program
Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don't accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided.
