Application Business Architects are responsible for leading the transformation of a business and ensuring critical deliverables, such as business capability models, business capabilities, and value streams, are developed and implemented. Provides a point of view to clients on meeting their business requirements utilizing Package/SaaS software solutions.
The position is for a Senior SCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise across Oracle Fusion Supply Chain modules-particularly Inventory, Costing, Manufacturing, along with Order Management, Install Base, and Procurement. The consultant will lead end-to-end solution design, implementation, and optimization of supply chain processes in global, multi-organization environments. The role focuses on delivering scalable solutions, integrating cross-module processes, and ensuring operational efficiency.

Your role
- Lead design and implementation of Oracle Fusion SCM modules (OM, Inventory, Install Base, Procurement).
- Configure end-to-end Order Management processes including pricing, orchestration, and fulfillment.
- Design orchestration flows for service logistics and Oracle Field Service Cloud.
- Manage inventory architecture: items, transactions, warehouses, lot/serial control, cycle counting, and reconciliation.
- Implement and maintain Install Base for complete asset lifecycle tracking.
- Build and streamline procurement processes (requisitions, POs, supplier onboarding, contracts).
- Integrate SCM with Finance, Manufacturing, Service, and other enterprise systems.
- Develop reporting and analytics solutions using OTBI, BI Publisher, FAW.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization using Oracle best practices.
- Prepare process documentation, configuration guides, test scripts.
- Manage and conduct UAT, regression testing, and ensure solution stability.
Requirements
This role should able to realize a business solution leveraging vendors and partners. The individual must have the solution knowledge and consulting skills to lead process improvements, œas isor to be analysis on business processes andor or IT and can advise clients on the implementation of one or more package modules. This role may also be responsible for workshop facilitation, integration testing and user acceptance testing. Certifications: Maintain certifications on Saas or Package Based solution and relevant methodology
- 10+ years of experience in Oracle SCM (OM, Inventory, Install Base, Procurement).
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion SCM implementation and integration.
- Expertise in Order Management pricing, orchestration, fulfillment.
- Proficiency in Inventory and Install Base with a focus on asset tracking and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes and supplier collaboration.
- Experience working in global, complex manufacturing supply chains.
- Analytical skills to assess cost structures and optimize processes.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and cross-team collaboration abilities.
- Proven success in delivering large-scale SCM implementations.
- Ability to work across distributed teams including vendor partners.
- Strong skills in translating business needs into functional solutions.
Benefits & conditions
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $ 82,082 - $192,850

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
