Job description
We are looking for an experienced Sr. PeopleSoft Administrator to support critical HR, Payroll, and Finance platforms. This contract opportunity is ideal for a hands-on technical specialist who can quickly step in, maintain system reliability, and manage daily administration across PeopleSoft environments. The role will focus on platform support, issue resolution, maintenance activities, and close coordination with stakeholders to keep business operations running smoothly., * Oversee daily administration of PeopleSoft environments supporting HR, Payroll, and Finance functions.
- Apply patches, coordinate upgrades, and carry out regular maintenance to sustain system performance and availability.
- Investigate technical issues, resolve system problems, and adjust configurations to support stable operations.
- Partner with business and functional teams to ensure PeopleSoft applications effectively support operational needs.
- Manage development, testing, and production environments, including coordination across instances when changes are introduced.
- Create and maintain clear technical documentation, administrative procedures, and accurate system records.
Requirements
Requirements - At least 3 years of experience administering PeopleSoft environments in a technical support capacity.
- Proven background supporting PeopleSoft modules related to Human Resources, Payroll, and Financials.
- Hands-on knowledge of PeopleTools, App Designer, and overall PeopleSoft environment administration.
- Experience working with Oracle databases in support of PeopleSoft applications.
- Ability to perform patching, upgrades, and ongoing environment maintenance with minimal ramp-up time.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills for complex enterprise application environments.
- Comfortable working independently while managing priorities in a fast-paced support setting.
