Job description

Application Architect (Advanced) to provide architectural design, technical leadership, and guidance for enterprise applications. This role will focus on Azure-based solutions, development oversight, code quality, and cost optimization within cloud environments., * Design and document application architecture and technical solutions

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
Guide product owners and stakeholders on technical decisions
Monitor and support development team productivity and delivery
Participate in Agile/Scrum or Waterfall ceremonies
Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards
Analyze and optimize Azure cloud costs and performance
Collaborate with IT teams on cloud architecture and implementation strategies
Ensure compliance with data security and confidentiality policies, * Monthly delivery of Application Architect services
Architecture documentation and technical designs
Code reviews and development guidance
Azure optimization and cost analysis reports
Participation in project ceremonies and technical oversight

Requirements

Proven experience leading successful Azure-based application implementations
6+ years of experience in .NET development and Entity Framework
8+ years working with MVC architecture
10+ years of experience in Object-Oriented Programming, ASP.NET, JavaScript, C#
4+ years working in Agile/Scrum environments
4+ years with Azure build and deployment automation
3+ years with Azure DevOps (pipelines, triggers, data migration, ARM templates, etc.)
Experience with Azure services including Blob Storage, WebJobs, ADF, Graph API
Experience integrating Azure AD with OpenID Connect
Experience with Azure ASE and SQL Managed Instance (SQL MI)
Experience with Azure Data Warehouse integration
1+ year experience with Power BI
2+ years experience in Azure cost analysis and optimization
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
