In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making to ensure cohesive project execution and alignment with objectives Engage with senior stakeholders and executive leadership to define project scope and foster consensus for successful outcomes Evaluate and refine project management processes by incorporating best practices for improved efficiency and effectiveness Establish quality benchmarks and implement risk management strategies to enhance project outcomes and mitigate organizational risks Monitor project margins and ensure alignment between actual performance and financial targets Develop RFP responses and participate in client discussions to finalize commercial estimates and drive Go-to-Market strategies Engage in resource allocation, and set performance objectives to align team efforts with project goals Lead organizational change initiatives and design training roadmaps to ensure smooth adoption of project-driven transformations

The position will primarily be responsible for driving the end-to-end solution for SCM stream. The selected candidate should have expertise in ensuring deliverables meet functional requirements and design specifications. The selected candidate must interact with customer process consultants and business SME to understand and analyze various processes. The selected candidate will be documenting and preparing the configuration activities. Candidate will be contributing to solution in different phases of the consulting lifecycle. Candidate will be intensely involved in business process consulting. Candidate will define the problem, propose and create the solution. Candidate will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. Candidate will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. Requirements
- Hands-on experience in OM, WIP, BOM, INV
- Must have implementation experience in Oracle EBS and Oracle cloud.
- Required to have at least 2 or 3 full life cycle implementation experience in Oracle SCM modules (OM, WIP, BOM, INV).
- Led at least two full cycle Oracle cloud implementations as a finance lead/architect.
- Experience in configure to order industry, and understanding of projects linked manufacturing.
- Understanding of oracle project methodology (OUM) and agile and testing strategies such as conference room pilots (CRP) and Process Playbacks (SIT and UAT etc.)
- Knowledge of FBDI templates, integration and data migration concepts
- OTBI, BIP, FRS reporting capabilities
- Experience in executing implementation strategy, capturing business, systems requirements and analysis, preparing functional specification documents, solution designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing practical business solutions., * Experience with legacy ERP to EBS migration or hybrid multi-ERP environments.
- Knowledge of Oracle Projects and its integration with Supply chains
- Experience in industries such as industrial manufacturing
- Exposure to SCM transformation programs
- Familiarity with SOX compliance, audit controls, and governance frameworks., * Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
