Salesforce Architect

· Number of Openings: 1 POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer and Architect to join a dynamic transformation team. This role focuses on leading the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and CPQ to ensure scalable, efficient technical delivery. DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Lead the design and architecture of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, CPQ, and custom applications.

· Provide technical leadership to development teams and ensure adherence to best practices.

· Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.

· Oversee integration with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Mulesoft.

· Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and enforce coding standards.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA, and DevOps. TOP 3 REQUIRED SKILLS

1. Salesforce CPQ (4+ years)

· Salesforce Certifications (Application, System, or Technical Architect) IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE A seasoned technical leader with over a decade of Salesforce experience who can navigate complex CPQ and Billing environments. They should possess a consultant''s mindset for problem-solving and the technical depth to oversee high-level architecture and integrations.

Job Responsibilities

· Lead the architecture and technical design of Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ solutions.

· Provide technical mentorship and leadership to a team of developers.

· Manage complex integrations with external systems using Mulesoft and REST APIs.

Must have Revenue cloud development, design and architecture experience. There will be live coding in the interviews on this so need someone that is currently doing this or they won''t pass. Must also have 5+ years of CPQ, Order Management and Mulesoft integration experience. This person will be the "right hand" for the Architect that lives in Europe and will be the "go to" when that person is not online. Some travel to the client for planning meetings may be needed.

This is a Level 7 role requiring a very high level of seniority (10+ years).
