Oracle Financials Cloud Lead (Functional)

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementations, rollouts, or transformation programs
• Drive requirement gathering, workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design
• Manage finance process transformation across Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash cycles
• Configure and oversee core Oracle Financials Cloud modules including:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Cash Management (CM)
• Intercompany / Tax / SLA (preferred)
• Design enterprise structures, Chart of Accounts, ledgers, business units, and legal entities
• Lead data migration, testing strategy, SIT/UAT, cutover, and hypercare support
• Manage integrations with upstream/downstream systems (OIC preferred)
• Provide executive-level stakeholder communication and status reporting
• Lead onsite-offshore delivery teams and mentor junior consultants
• Ensure compliance with accounting controls, audit, and reporting requirements

We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Financials Cloud Lead to drive large-scale finance transformation initiatives for a strategic client engagement. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials, strong accounting knowledge, and proven leadership in end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations.

This role requires a senior consultant with consulting pedigree, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead onsite delivery teams while partnering with business and offshore teams.

Mandatory Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA required
• 15+ years of overall experience in Oracle Financials / ERP Consulting
• Minimum 2 full end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations as a Lead
• Prior Big 4 / Big 5 consulting experience in a lead capacity is mandatory
• Willingness to work onsite 5 days/week in Irvine, CA (at least initially), * Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud
• Excellent understanding of accounting principles, close cycles, reconciliation, and controls
• Experience with COA design, SLA, FAH, Intercompany, Tax preferred
• Experience with reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View
• Strong client-facing communication and leadership skills
• Proven experience in global delivery / onsite-offshore models

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Cloud certifications in the Financials modules
• Experience with large enterprise transformations
• Prior experience working with consulting firms such as Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, or Accenture
