Job description
Support end-users of NWCCD and assist IT Staff. Tier 1 support. Facilitate internal and external entities with campus events. Reports To Technical Director, These are the job duties for required of the position. Percentage of time 100% Responsibility/Duty
- Answer all support helpdesk calls
- Troubleshoot end-user issues
- Support video conference courses and classrooms
- Support on campus events
- Assist IT staff with classroom/staff/faculty upgrades and updates
Requirements
- Customer service experience
- Basic computer skills
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Basic computer skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Office Products
- Familiarity with college student portal, student account activation and setup
Benefits & conditions
- Ability to lift 30 lbs
- Working hours, Monday-Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
- Evening events from 5 pm to 9 pm. Possibility of working weekends if events are scheduled
