• 7+ years of experience supporting data science projects in a consulting environment.
• 7+ year(s) of experience participating in projects that focused on one or more of the following areas:

o Predictive Analytics

o Data Design

o Statistics

o AI/ML

o ML Ops

• 2+ years of experience supporting Operations Research Modeling & Optimization

o Tools Experience: Gurobi preferred, or other solver like CPLEX

o Defining, developing, refining, and delivering network optimization models for large enterprises. Key areas of experience needed:

? Optimization formulation: Need to be able to talk this language well

? Ops research

? Programming skills

o Domains they will work in could be Resource Allocation, Scheduling, Cost Optimization or Vehicle Routine (among others), Network Modeling (over time), and Strategic Planning (factoring for opening/closing a facility).

o Soft Skills: Ability to scrutinize a solution and give a report to a senior audience. Example: Doing a sensitivity model and presenting to stakeholders.

• 3+ years of experience using Python, R and/or C# to analyze disparate datasets.
• Ability to travel at least 25%.
