Lead Java Technical

• Lead development and support of Java-based enterprise applications.
• Design and implement scalable and high-performance solutions using Spring Boot.
• Perform production support activities including incident triage and resolution.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
• Monitor system performance using AWS tools such as CloudWatch and CloudTrail.
• Analyze logs and troubleshoot issues in production environments.
• Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure system stability.
• Support deployment verification and maintain high availability systems.
• Provide on-call support and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Work with Oracle databases and manage PL/SQL queries and optimizations.
• Maintain documentation and follow best practices for system reliability.

• Strong expertise in Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in SQL and Oracle PL/SQL queries.
• Experience with AWS cloud services and monitoring tools.
• Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux and shell scripting.
• Strong experience in production support, incident management, and root cause analysis.

Experience:

• 9 to 13 years of overall experience in software development and support.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in J2EE and Spring Boot.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL.
• At least 3 years of experience in Unix/Linux environments with shell scripting.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in production support and system maintenance., * Java, J2EE, Spring Boot development.
• Oracle PL/SQL and database management.
• AWS services and cloud monitoring tools.
• Unix/Linux and shell scripting.
• Production support, troubleshooting, and log analysis.

Qualification and Education:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Should Have:

• Basic knowledge of Oracle EBS.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
