Job description
We're looking for a motivated, personable, and tech-savvy individual to join our team on the Upper Cape. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and gaining hands-on experience in both customer service and basic IT support.
What You'll Do:
- Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with general inquiries
- Troubleshoot basic IT issues (password resets, connectivity, system navigation, etc.)
- Support internal staff with day-to-day technical needs
- Maintain accurate records of calls, requests, and resolutions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable answering phones and interacting with customers
- Basic understanding of computers, networks, and common software (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
- Problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Preferred (but not required):
- Previous customer service experience
- Exposure to IT support or help desk environments
- Interest in growing a career in IT or operations
