We are seeking an Adobe Martech Solution Architect to support a Dallas-based Architecture group. This role is part of an urgent hiring initiative, with the goal of moving quickly through interviews and closing the position in an accelerated timeframe.
The architect will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable enterprise solutions across digital self-service and customer ordering platforms. The role will focus on defining end-to-end solution architecture leveraging Adobe Experience Cloud technologies, including Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Target, Real-Time CDP, and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
Experience supporting customer ordering and eCommerce workflows is preferred, particularly within telecommunications environments.
This opportunity supports ongoing expansion of Adobe-driven architecture capabilities within a large-scale digital ecosystem and broader platform modernization efforts., * Translate business requirements into scalable enterprise solutions across digital self-service and customer ordering platforms.
- Define end-to-end solution architecture leveraging Adobe Experience Cloud technologies, including Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Target, Real-Time CDP, and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, technical architecture, and platform capabilities.
Platform & Integration Strategy
- Design solutions that support complex customer journeys, personalization, and data-driven engagement.
- Support architecture across integrated systems including eCommerce, customer data platforms, and digital experience layers.
- Guide decisions related to data flows, integrations, and system interoperability across the Adobe ecosystem.
Delivery Collaboration & Execution
- Partner with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, product teams, engineers, and architects to ensure successful solution delivery.
- Provide architectural guidance throughout the delivery lifecycle, from discovery through implementation.
- Support scalable, reusable, and future-state architecture aligned with platform modernization efforts., * Support customer ordering and eCommerce workflows, with consideration for complex enterprise environments.

Requirements
Adobe Experience Cloud Expertise
- Strong experience with Adobe Experience Cloud technologies, including Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Target, Real-Time CDP, and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
Solution Architecture Experience
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable, enterprise-level architecture solutions.
- Experience designing end-to-end solutions across digital self-service, personalization, and customer engagement platforms.
Technical & Integration Expertise
- Strong understanding of system integrations, data flows, and platform interoperability.
- Experience working across complex, multi-system environments including eCommerce and customer data platforms.
Enterprise Delivery Experience
- Experience working within large-scale digital ecosystems and platform modernization initiatives.
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and drive alignment between business and technical stakeholders., * Experience supporting customer ordering and eCommerce workflows.
- Experience working within telecommunications or similarly complex, high-scale industries.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture patterns supporting digital transformation initiatives.
