Job description

We're looking for a Senior Integration Architect to help us oversee the business and implementation process while building relationships with our clients., In this role, the Senior Integration Architect is the technical project manager that will oversee the technology and implementation process as well as relationships within large projects for designated Federal Oracle Health clients, while serving as the primary technical contact for implementation-based activities. The Senior Integration Architect will:

  • Manage complex client relationships with a high degree of variability, requiring influence to achieve the targeted outcomes
  • Develop strategies for design, system validation, and integration across solutions and venues of care
  • Develop and oversee the execution of domain, issue, and change control strategies
  • Mitigate and resolve integration risks proactively, serving as the final point for escalations
  • Provide integration oversight for engagements and provide support to project team members so that project deliverables and timelines are met while ensuring value is delivered to the client as committed
  • Provide integration and domain expertise to internal and external client project teams
  • Consult cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to impact solution direct and functionality with relation to integration and stability

Requirements

  • You have an understanding of Cerner Millennium solutions in areas like PowerChart Orders, PharmNet, RadNet, PathNet, Ambulatory and/or INA
  • Strong knowledge of the Oracle Health Clinical and Revenue Cycle Systems and their workflows
  • You have successfully worked as a consultant providing domain and/or project management oversite
  • You have healthcare industry expertise
  • You enjoy collaborating with stakeholders to determine process, methodology and driving continuous process improvement
  • You understand sensitivity in safeguarding corporate and client assets
  • You are willing to travel up to 75%, as needed
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity
  • You provide domain expertise, project management and client relationship management

This role requires technical knowledge/skills including but not limted to:

  • Technical Skillset: Citrix Storefront Management, Interface/FSI, Interoperability/CCDs, SQL/CCL, Deploying Hardware, TechPortal (Offline) and Automations, Olympus and Ops Jobs Configuration and Troubleshooting, WebSphere Application Server, Data Synchronization and Data Accuracy, OCI Knowledge/Certifications preferred.
  • You have at least 6 years of professional experience
  • You have 3+ years Healthcare Information Technology (HCIT) Consulting experience, offering HCIT support, project management, client relationship management or HCIT solutions
  • You exhibit exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • You hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience
  • You hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) - Project Management Institute (PMI) certification (preferred)

Benefits & conditions

US: Hiring Range in USD from $25.48 to $60.63 per hour; from: $53,000 to $126,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
