We are seeking a talented and experienced Data & Analytics Architect to join the Player and Data Analytics team at a world-renowned game studio behind one of the best-selling video games of all time, with over 200 million copies sold worldwide. In this role, you will shape end-to-end data architecture by crafting scalable data flows, authoritative models, and innovative solutions that empower stakeholders to move quickly and confidently toward impactful outcomes. You will partner closely with data scientists, analysts, data engineers, and game teams to understand evolving needs, align on definitions, and deliver solutions at the pace of the business. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the refactoring and redesign of commerce and economy systems while advancing the overall analytics environment with future-proof, scalable data solutions that support monetization and creator-driven experiences., * Build subject matter expertise across business and data domains to collaborate with data consumers and stakeholders, helping them understand information needs and facilitating data access

• Identify, define, and design features for the analytics environment to meet the information needs of data consumers
• Map business opportunities to appropriate data architecture patterns and evolve data architecture as business strategies and technologies mature
• Identify and analyze multi-structured data and metadata from a variety of sources to select and model the best data that fulfills analytics requirements
• Design adaptable data models, architect dataflows, and develop systems to deliver scalable solutions for analytics, processes, and machine learning
• Define governed access patterns with clear specifications for implementation
• Unify collections of data requirements for key data concepts across the enterprise, harmonizing business definitions and semantics, and specifying data designs expressed as business semantic models, data models, lifecycle models, and taxonomies
• Guide the successful execution of data architecture vision through the adoption of governance principles and practices
• Build and maintain Reference Model Architecture and Standards for communicating the direction of Information Architecture
• Determine authoritative data sources and model data and information to fulfill information needs and business requirements

• 2 or more years of experience working as a Data Architect, Analytics Architect, Information Architect, or equivalent role on large enterprise systems with a wide range of data sources
• Experience building or managing video game commerce systems and economies is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience driving business impact through data architecture, including improving performance, enabling decision-making, and supporting marketing or product outcomes
• Bachelor's degree and 5 or more years of experience in data, analytics, or information architecture, or related software development work
• OR a graduate degree and 3 or more years of experience in data, analytics, or information architecture, or related software development work
• OR equivalent experience demonstrating the same level of expertise and capability
• Proficiency in SQL with 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience
• Strong data analysis and exploration skills with 4 to 5 years of experience identifying, selecting, and modeling data for analytics
• Architecture design experience of 3 or more years, including designing adaptable data models and scalable data systems
• Working knowledge of Python for data transformation and automation
• Demonstrated capability to assess complex systems and information landscapes, translating business concepts into coherent data and analytics architectures
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills with a creative and open mindset for delivering high-impact data products and analytics solutions
• Polyglot data modeling knowledge and skills
• General video game domain knowledge
• Experience leveraging AI products to accelerate analysis, improve data quality, and streamline delivery
• Working knowledge of DevOps and DataOps practices, Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
