{"description": "Software Engineering & Development-Client Experience Lead (State Street Bank and Trust Company; Princeton, NJ): Will join our Multi Cloud Platform Engineering team to enable onboarding our development teams/internal customers to drive innovation on the AWS platform ensuring success through strong engagement and exceptional service. Will apply a deep understanding of core cloud concepts, AWS services, Infrastructure as Code/Terraform to efficiently diagnose issues and solve problems that may arise in the course of a client relationship. Specific responsibilities include: act as a point of contact for application teams for successful on-boarding to AWS platform; work with platform architects to define components responsibilities, plan components evolution, and ensure components will meet platform needs; design AWS services based on AWS best practice and Security baselines; be responsible for getting services engineered and enabled on AWS based on client use case requirements; effectively leverage Terraform and Harness CI/CD to identify and resolve issues; utilize native AWS services to meet the firm's technology and resiliency requirements; proactively identify ways to optimize our end-to-end client service delivery to deliver client outcomes; represent an internal and external point of escalation, across all business lines that serve the client, for unresolved service items; drive resolution of issues and take ownership of the assigned tasks; and perform other tasks as defined, planned, and approved by a manager. Up to 5% annual domestic travel. Hybrid remote telecommuting permitted according to company policy.
Requirements
Minimum requirements: Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related engineering discipline and 5 years of IT experience in a hands-on role. Alternatively, will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related engineering discipline and 8 years of IT experience in a hands-on role.
Total experience above must include the following: 2 years of experience designing and supporting public cloud environments (AWS, Azure, OCI). Must also have the following: demonstrated successful experience in delivering service to clients; demonstrated solid working experience on AWS for enterprise enablement; proven proficiency in navigating complex client relationships, understanding of client expectations and how to manage them towards a successful outcome; demonstrated experience in handholding complex onboardings and integrations from start to go-live; proven ability to lead, prioritize and execute on multiple simultaneous priorities and initiatives; experience with design and development of solutions across on-prem and the cloud for large enterprises; demonstrated solid understanding of cloud native design patterns and DevOps principles (including Infrastructure as Code); proven ability to effectively communicate ideas and escalate issues across teams in a timely manner; demonstrated solid understanding of Agile delivery process; strong IAC experience - Terraform; proven ability to develop and document deliverables compliant with established company design control and regulatory statutes; demonstrated proficiency and communication skills in verbal and written English; and experience working in regulated financial services environment.

$153,005 - $245,000 Annual
