Job description

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP HCM / SuccessFactors Architect with over 20+ years in IT and strong expertise in global HR transformations, SuccessFactors implementations, and payroll integrations. This role involves leading end-to-end implementations, designing scalable HR solutions, and managing cross-functional teams while working closely with business stakeholders and leadership., * Lead end-to-end implementation and support of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors modules

  • Act as Solution Architect for SuccessFactors including design, configuration, and integration
  • Drive global HR transformation projects across multiple regions (US, Canada, APAC, EMEA)
  • Lead client workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design sessions
  • Manage PMO activities, project planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication
  • Configure and support modules such as:
  • Employee Central (EC) & Employee Central Payroll (ECP)
  • Recruiting Management (RCM) & Onboarding 2.0
  • Performance & Goals (PM/GM)
  • Succession Planning
  • Compensation & Variable Pay
  • Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Design and implement integrations using:
  • SAP PI/XI, Dell Boomi, Integration Center, APIs (OData)
  • Third-party systems (ADP, WorkForce Software, Paradox, SailPoint, etc.)
  • Lead Workforce Software (WFS) implementations for time, attendance, and leave management
  • Oversee payroll configurations, tax integrations, wage types, and payroll processing
  • Ensure compliance with public sector and regulatory requirements
  • Support release management, system upgrades, and AMS activities
  • Mentor teams and collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders

Requirements

  • Strong experience in SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors (8+ years)
  • Hands-on expertise in:
  • Employee Central & Payroll
  • Recruiting & Onboarding 2.0
  • Performance, Goals & Succession
  • Compensation & Variable Pay
  • Experience with Workforce Software (WFS) for time management
  • Deep knowledge of HR integrations and middleware tools (Boomi, PI/XI, APIs)
  • Strong experience in Payroll (Canada), Taxation, and Compliance
  • Expertise in business rules, MDF objects, workflows, and RBP
  • Experience working in Agile/Waterfall environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in public sector implementations
  • SAP SuccessFactors certifications
  • Strong exposure to global HR processes and multi-country rollouts
  • Experience working with C-level stakeholders
