Job description

  • Architect and deploy secure, high-performance network solutions
  • Keep our LANs running smoothly with hands-on administration and troubleshooting
  • Monitor and optimize dataflow to reduce latency and boost throughput
  • Capture and analyze network performance data to drive improvements
  • Configure and integrate front-end and back-end systems for seamless communication
  • Collaborate on mission-driven network designs and architecture
  • Translate performance metrics into actionable system requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree + 5 years of experience, or master's degree + 3 years of experience, or no degree + 10 years of hands-on Network Engineering experience
  • Solid grasp of secure network design, configuration, and maintenance
  • Experience with performance monitoring tools and data analysis
  • Ability to optimize complex systems for speed and reliability
  • IAT Level I certification (DoD 8570.01-M compliant)
  • Clearance Requirement - Active TS/SCI with polygraph, * Experience in classified or mission-critical environments
  • Familiarity with enterprise-scale architecture and secure communications
  • Strong troubleshooting instincts and a proactive mindset
  • Comfort working independently and collaboratively under pressure
  • Clear, concise documentation and communication skills
  • A passion for making networks faster, smarter, and more secure.
