Job description
You will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing Fiserv's complex systems infrastructure. Your expertise will ensure that these systems operate efficiently, reliably, and securely. You will work closely with a team of engineers, collaborating with various departments to align system capabilities with business needs, ultimately contributing to the company's strategic goals.
What you'll do:
- Lead the design and deployment of infrastructure solutions supporting enterprise applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance
- Partner with Development, Product, Project Management, and other Engineering teams using a consultative approach to gather and analyze technical requirements
- Provide support for hybrid environments involving both on-premises and public cloud platforms (Azure/AWS preferred)
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate routine administrative tasks and improve efficiency
- Support platforms such as .NET Framework, IIS, MS SQL, and Apigee in conjunction with application deployments
- Manage and troubleshoot infrastructure services like Active Directory, DNS, VMWare, VXRAIL, Group Policy, and Firewall Rules
- Collaborate on network-related troubleshooting and configuration of load balancers (e.g., F5 LTM/GTM)
- Create and maintain documentation for systems, configurations, and processes; enforce adherence to engineering best practices and security standards
Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise-level Windows infrastructure/system engineering experience
- 6+ years of experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and PowerShell
- 5+ years of experience with cloud integration and support (Azure or AWS preferred) & infrastructure as code configurations (Terraform, Ansible)
- 5+ years of experience supporting .NET, IIS, and SQL Server environments
- 5+ years of experience VMWare, VXRAIL, DNS, and network/firewall troubleshooting
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience
Experience that would be great to have:
- Knowledge of Apigee, F5 LTM/GTM, and middleware components
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities
- Experience with disaster recovery planning and implementation
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes

Travel:
- Approximately 5% travel off-site or to other office locations is expected
Sponsorship:

Salary Range
$109,000.00 - $182,400.00
These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.

For incentive eligible associates, the successful candidate is eligible for an annual incentive opportunity which may be delivered as a mix of cash bonus and equity awards in the Company's sole discretion.
