Director of Software Engineering

12 to 15 years of software engineering experience with senior leadership on integrated hardware/software products. You've shipped VR, XR, wearable or embedded systems. You understand what production-ready actually means when latency, thermals and sensor reliability are non-negotiable.

Experience with Android-based platforms, real-time low-latency systems, and cross-functional debugging across firmware, device software and cloud layers is essential.

Biosignal or ML-driven adaptive systems experience is a strong plus.
