Job description

The Manager, Client Integrations & Change Enablement plays a critical role in delivering a seamless experience for integration clients, in?network providers, and internal teams. This position is responsible for leading change management for major integration partners, overseeing new provider onboarding workflows, supporting custom aggregator and client configurations, and coordinating cross functional initiatives related to Salesforce and development updates., * Lead change management efforts for integration clients, ensuring operational readiness and continuity.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact during integration updates, providing clear and timely communication to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor ongoing integration performance and proactively manage enhancements, required changes, and issue resolution.

Provider Onboarding & Workflow Management

  • Oversee task creation and operational setup for new in-network provider onboarding.
  • Coordinate cross team communication and ensure clients and providers receive accurate and timely status updates throughout onboarding.
  • Develop, refine, and optimize onboarding processes to improve efficiency and reduce cycle time.

Aggregator & Custom Setup Project Management

  • Lead onboarding and implementation for aggregator partners and custom client configuration projects.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Product, Salesforce, and Development teams to ensure setups meet defined client and business requirements.
  • Track project deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and risks to ensure successful implementation.

Business-Level Testing & Quality Validation

  • Conduct business-side testing for Salesforce releases, workflow changes, and development enhancements.
  • Document test cases, expected outcomes, and results; partner with Salesforce Administrators, Product and Development teams to drive issue resolution.
  • Validate system changes from an operational and end-user perspective to ensure platform readiness prior to release.

Technical Requirements Writing

  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements for Salesforce Administrators and Development teams.
  • Draft user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and supporting documentation.
  • Review proposed technical solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives and operational feasibility.

Requirements

The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for development and platform teams., * 3+ years of experience in operations, client integrations, project management, or change management (healthcare experience is a plus).

  • Strong understanding of onboarding workflows, integration processes, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce functionality, including testing and validation processes.
  • Ability to write clear and structured technical requirements.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
