Senior Salesforce Developer - Federal CRM & Public Sector Programs

A federal digital transformation initiative is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to support enterprise CRM operations, custom Salesforce application development, OmniStudio implementations, Experience Cloud, and public sector technology modernization. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain:

• Apex Classes

• Triggers

• Lightning Web Components (LWC)

• OmniStudio solutions

• Support CRM customization, stakeholder engagement systems, and Experience Cloud platforms

• Build dashboards, reporting tools, and federal program reporting capabilities

• Support Marketing Cloud integrations

• Provide surge development support across multiple teams

• Ensure Section 508 / WCAG accessibility compliance

• Maintain 85%+ unit test coverage

• Participate in Agile / SAFe delivery cycles

• Support Help Desk Tier 2 escalations, * Strategic federal modernization project

• Broad technical ownership

• Enterprise Salesforce ecosystem

• Strong long-term contract potential

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

• 8+ years Salesforce Development experience

• Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification

• Strong expertise in:

• Apex

• LWC

• SOQL/SOSL

• Visualforce

• Salesforce DX

• OmniStudio

• Experience with:

• CRM

• Experience Cloud

• Service Cloud

• Git/GitHub, JIRA, Data Loader, VS Code

• Public Trust clearance eligibility, * Salesforce Public Sector Solutions

• OmniStudio Certification

• Marketing Cloud

• Federal grants lifecycle systems

• Prior federal Salesforce contracts

• Section 508 / WCAG

• SAFe / Scrum experience
