Job description
Client is putting together a Tiger team of L2 datacenter technicians to support the "Hi-Fiber" project for their customer Google. The Hi-Fiber project is the Google's initiative to replace their older Coax cable with fiber. Client wants to put together a team of experienced technicians to be the first at a new Google location to set up the processes and procedures for the first 6-8 weeks of these projects. This team will travel in to get these projects going the right direction and then move on to another Google location and to the same thing. When there are down times between projects they will be working at the Google Datacenter in their home markets. They want to bring in experienced datacenter technicians who can step in and handle this work from day one. Eventually they will hire level 1 cable pullers to step in and complete the projects for the long haul.

Benefits & conditions
Candidates need to be flexible and good with the travel requirements. Probably on the road for 2 weeks at most before being brought home. Client will handle all travel arrangements. Any out of pocket costs will be expensed to Client. I need to get clarification about Meals Allowance while on the road.

This is a Contract position based out of Council Bluffs, IA. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
