SAP QM / PP Consultant

We are seeking a Senior SAP QM Consultant with strong expertise in quality management processes and integration with manufacturing and supply chain modules. The candidate will be responsible for designing and configuring inspection processes, managing quality notifications, and ensuring seamless integration with production and inventory processes. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and support testing and go-live activities in S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP QM along with strong cross-functional knowledge and the ability to deliver high-quality solutions in manufacturing environments.

• Overall 15+ years of exp in SAP skills
• Strong recent hands-on experience in SAP QM configuration and implementation
• Expertise in inspection processes (incoming, in-process, final)
• Experience with quality notifications, defect tracking, and CAPA processes
• Good understanding of integration with SAP PP and MM-IM
• Experience in S/4HANA implementations or support projects
• Ability to perform fit-gap analysis, testing (SIT/UAT), and go-live support
• Strong stakeholder communication and requirement gathering skills, * Experience with SAP EWM integration for quality processes
• Knowledge of batch management and product traceability
• Exposure to manufacturing or automotive industry environments
• Experience with MES or shop floor system integration
• Familiarity with Fiori apps and reporting tools
