Data Warehouse Analysts

The client is seeking Data Warehouse Analysts to support enterprise data warehouse initiatives. This role focuses on business intelligence, ETL processes, and data modeling to enable accurate reporting and decision-making while working closely with business and technical teams., Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements Translate business needs into data warehouse and reporting specifications Design, develop, and maintain data warehouse structures and data models Perform data mining and analysis within warehouse environments Manage ETL processes including extraction, transformation, and loading Validate and cleanse data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness Collaborate with users to define reporting needs and provide guidance Develop prototypes, test solutions, and evaluate alignment with business goals Maintain documentation, metadata, and repository structures Support technical tools, environments, and warehouse operations Recommend process improvements and apply data management best practices

IT Experience 5+ years Business Intelligence & Data Warehouse Analysis 3+ years Data Modeling, Mapping, and Integration (RDBMS/ETL) 3+ years Requirements Gathering & Business Process Analysis 3+ years ETL Processes (data extraction, transformation, loading) 3+ years Data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance 3+ years RDBMS knowledge and database design 3+ years

Preferred Skills

Experience with data mining and warehouse architecture Strong knowledge of metadata management and repository design Experience supporting reporting and analytics tools Proficiency with Microsoft Visio Strong stakeholder communication and consulting skills Ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
