Product Owner

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Owner with a strong Agile background to drive product development and deliver high-value technology solutions. This role partners closely with stakeholders, engineering teams, and leadership to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure consistent and successful product delivery., * Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with business objectives

• Write and refine user stories with clear and well-defined acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable tasks
• Work closely with engineering teams throughout the Agile development lifecycle
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
• Ensure timely delivery of product features and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Communicate progress, risks, and updates to stakeholders and leadership
• Support alignment between product strategy and technical execution

The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable development work while maintaining alignment with organizational goals., * 5 or more years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role

• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Proven experience managing product backlogs and writing user stories
• Ability to work cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, * Experience working within enterprise or large-scale environments
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, data systems, or enterprise applications
• Experience with product management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps
• Scrum Product Owner or SAFe certification
